In the South, when someone's overly dramatic we say, "They're just
puttin' on." In the Bible, the Apostle Paul encourages Christians to
"put on", but in a very different way. These two meanings of the phrase come
together in a powerful message about why it's so hard to change and how to make
the change stick.
The sermon was delivered for Friends and Family Day at Star of
Bethlehem CME Church in Havana, Alabama.
The title is STOP JUST
PUTTING ON.
