What
does the Bible say about slavery? The
truth is neither simple nor pretty. Preparing
this message was the most intellectually and spiritually exhausting task of my
preaching career. I couldn’t skip the
ugly verses or pretend that something horrible was really, somehow something nice. At the bottom of the deep, dark dive into the
law, the prophets, and the gospel the light shone and the Holy Spirit granted a
powerful and LIBERATING Word.
Walk
another step along the sermonic journey through Exodus for a message titled: FREE
AT LAST.
